The turkeys hang around Jim and Judy’s place like our chickens do. One stood outside our bedroom window one morning and “crowed” just like our rooster.<\/div>\n

 Ken’s getting ready to count the cows and calves as they come off of the truck.<\/p>\n

 Just waiting for the cows and calves to pair up again. Sometime the cows are too hungry to look for their calf.<\/p>\n

 A got to ride Joe.  Ken is riding Sonny, Correction: Ken is riding Buddy.<\/i><\/u>.  Jim is riding Chance.  Chance came into the sale barn with his Mom in a cattle truck. Horses shouldn’t be hauled in a cattle truck, there’s not enough height for them to keep their balance.  Anyway, Chance was pretty cut up, but Judy got both him and his Mom for a really good price.  She took good care of him and he turned out to be a beautiful horse.  By the way, he is still a stallion and he does great around other horses.<\/p>\n

 Charlie wanted some attention after we got done playing cards one night.<\/p>\n
