We had a wonderful Christmas this year. All the kids were home and everyone was busy with last minute shopping, decorating cookies and making food. We ate out one night at the Chinese restaurant across from Gateway. Carie made bread pudding for the first time and it was pretty good. And of course, Ken made “dirt”. Christmas day, Grandma Barbara, Grandpa Ralph and Uncle Jerry came for dinner.<\/p>\n

The kids decided they wanted to decorate Christmas cookies. So Aaron mixed up the cookie dough, cut the cookies and baked them.<\/div>\n

Carie had to sleep in the basement on the futon. Which wasn’t too bad, it was nice and warm because the wood stove was going and she had the TV to herself. Ken and Aaron had a good time picking on her.
