We never spend our whole time on Junk Jaunt actually junk jaunting. We like to explore and fish. We drove out to Calamus Lake to see how low it was.  No boats launching here!!

We always enjoy fishing at Tom and Bonnie’s. Crappie and bass are fun to catch and most of them are really good size.

 We made a stop at Gracie Creek. They’ve renovated it and it’s interesting to fish. You can see how the water swirls around and you can see the trout since the water is so clear.

We had a new kind of ‘catch’ this year on Junk Jaunt.  When we in B&B Friday night, Todd saw a bat up on the dining room wall.  Nancy was creative enough to suggest Ken use a rubber maid container with a lid to catch it. We have the video to prove it. 🙂
