It wouldn’t be July 4th without a visit to the Fairbury Flea Market.  We went down early so we were there before 9:00 a.m.  The weather was perfect. We visited with people we don’t get to see very often and had a great lunch at Dennis and Carol’s with Nate, Cori and Milo (Lucas), which included homemade ice cream. It seemed like there were more vendors this year, maybe because the flea market could go for both the 4th and the 5th.  We also drove by Grandma and Grandpa’s old house.  It looks like the people who live there are taking good care of it.

One of my purchases from the flea market was another pie vent.  Sometimes they are very hard to find.
