Steele Family Christmas

This year Todd, Nancy and Ryli hosted the Steele Family Christmas at the Knight of Columbus Hall in Lincoln.  That’s a very nice facility.  It has a little bar area, a room with a fireplace where they set up tables and then a large room where we could have our gift exchange.

As always, there was plenty of food

The gift exchange was a lot of fun as always.  You just never know how things will end up.  This year Todd and Nancy added the rule that the first person to pick would have a chance at the end to either keep what they had or select from someone else’s gift.  (That makes #1 a good number to get!!)  This year Kalie was #1.

 In the end, Kalie took the gift that Megan took from me (a digital picture frame) and gave Megan her gift which was a box with wine glasses, some wine and these “naughty” roasters . . . which Steve just loved.  He was very excited. Megan, not so much!

Libby always makes a fashion statement when she comes to family gatherings.  She was dressed like a little elf for Christmas. . . and like any good elf, she knew where to find the candy and desserts.
OC had a good time too. I think Kalie enjoyed spending a little time with her godson.
